Bridging the gap between detection and adherence for better patient outcomes
Cardiac Autonomic Dysfunction often goes unnoticed until Complications arise. Our Point-of-Care Autonomic Neurofunction testing enables early identification of Cardiovascular Risk through standardized Protocols.
Medication failure in Chronic Care is driven by missed or incorrect Dosing. Our system ensures dose-level Adherence through automated Monitoring and Real-time Tracking of scheduled doses.
Inovocare addresses Two Silent but Critical Gaps in Chronic Care—Early Detection of Autonomic Dysfunction and Consistent Medication Adherence—Reducing Complications and Improving Long-Term Outcomes.
Most MedTech reaches hospitals as imported equipment with limited local support, slow service cycles, and no adaptation to Indian clinical workflows. Inovocare builds differently — devices designed from the ground up for Indian clinical environments, regulatory pathways, and care economics.
Both products are active in clinical and home settings, backed by government grants, and supported by a team that answers calls, not tickets.
Both NIBRA-CS® and MedpeR® have been tested in real clinical environments — not just controlled trials. Real patients, real workflows, real data informing every product decision.
CDSCO licensed, Made in India, backed by DST and DBT grants. Procurement teams can move from evaluation to purchase order without regulatory red tape.
Institutional deployment includes on-site setup, staff training, and ongoing support — not a courier box and a PDF manual. We stay engaged through the operational life of every deployment.
Detect autonomic dysfunction earlier. Close the medication adherence gap. Both deployable in institutional and home settings.
Detection and adherence are where chronic disease management most often breaks down — a problem caught too late, or treatment that quietly stops working. NIBRA-CS® finds autonomic dysfunction earlier. MedpeR® makes sure the treatment that follows is actually taken.
Smart Medication Adherence Device
Non-adherence to prescribed medication is responsible for nearly 50% of chronic disease complications. MedpeR® addresses this at the dose level — tracking each compartment opening, alerting patients and caregivers when doses are missed, and giving clinicians an adherence record that reflects actual patient behaviour, not self-reporting.
Each compartment is monitored independently. Audible and push alerts fire at scheduled dose times — and escalate to caregiver or nursing staff if the dose is not taken within a defined window.
Timestamped adherence logs accessible via the MedpeR dashboard — giving treating physicians objective data on patient compliance at every follow-up visit, not patient recall.
Care facilities managing multiple patients can monitor all enrolled patients from a single dashboard — real-time status, missed dose alerts, and adherence trends across the entire resident or patient population.
NCS-3.0 · Non-Invasive Baro Reflex Assessment - Combined System
Autonomic dysfunction underlies a broad spectrum of chronic conditions — from diabetic neuropathy and Parkinson's disease to hypertension and post-COVID dysautonomia — yet most clinical settings lack a practical tool to assess it. NIBRA-CS® delivers a complete autonomic function profile in 19 minutes + prep time, producing standardised reports that match international clinical guidelines, without invasive instrumentation or a specialist operator.
Resting ECG, deep breathing test, Valsalva manoeuvre, response to standing test, postural hypotension test, and sustained handgrip test — plus a complementary 5-minute HRV recording — all performed non-invasively with a single device, producing a structured clinical report.
Designed for real clinical throughput — a trained technician can run the full test battery. No need for a neurologist or cardiologist to be present during the assessment itself.
Holds a valid CDSCO medical device licence. Eligible for institutional procurement through government tender and GeM channels. Documentation available for biomedical and purchase committees.
Supporting preventive and connected healthcare across specialties.
Cardiac Autonomic Neuropathy (CAN) affects up to 20% of diabetic patients yet remains underdiagnosed. NIBRA-CS® enables standardised autonomic reflex testing at point-of-care, providing clinically interpretable reports in 19 minutes + prep time — without invasive procedures.
Learn about NIBRA-CS®Autonomic dysfunction precedes overt cardiovascular disease by years. NIBRA-CS® provides baroreflex sensitivity and HRV-based cardiovascular risk stratification, enabling proactive clinical decisions before complications arise.
Learn about NIBRA-CS®
Chronic disease management extends far beyond the clinic. MedpeR® brings dose-level adherence monitoring into the home, giving caregivers and providers real-time visibility without requiring patients to travel or self-report.
Learn about MedpeR®The 30 days following discharge are the highest-risk period for medication non-adherence and readmission. MedpeR® provides structured adherence support and automated alerts during this critical transition window.
Learn about MedpeR®
Multi-resident facilities managing complex medication schedules across dozens of patients can use MedpeR® to monitor adherence at scale — with a single facility dashboard showing real-time status for every enrolled resident.
Learn about MedpeR®NIBRA-CS® produces structured, standardised HRV and baroreflex datasets suitable for longitudinal studies, epidemiological research, and clinical trials. Already used in pilot studies at leading Indian research institutions.

Regulatory & Quality Standards
Both NIBRA-CS® (CDSCO Class B, MD5) and MedpeR® (CDSCO Class A, NSNM) hold valid Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation licences — mandatory regulatory clearance for medical devices sold and deployed in India. Procurement-ready for hospital and government tenders.
Core technology protected by three granted patents — a utility patent and a design patent for MedpeR®, and a granted patent for NIBRA-CS® — covering device architecture and clinical assessment methodology, demonstrating genuine technical innovation rather than adaptation of existing systems.
Recognised and funded by leading national science and technology bodies including DST, DBT, and BIRAC — validating the clinical significance and innovation quality of both platforms.
Technology validated through pilot deployments and collaborative studies with hospitals and academic medical institutions across India — real-world evidence underpinning both products.
IIMCIP incubation provides institutional credibility, mentorship, and business development support — placing Inovocare within one of India's most respected healthcare and technology innovation ecosystems.
Designed, engineered, and manufactured entirely in India — aligned with national healthcare self-reliance initiatives and eligible for government procurement preference under Make in India guidelines.
Backed by national institutions, funded by government bodies, and validated through real clinical environments.
Recognised and funded by leading national science, technology, and innovation bodies — including the Biotechnology Ignition Grant (BIG), AGC-JanCARE, and NIDHI PRAYAS programmes supporting NIBRA-CS® from prototype to market.
Validated through clinical pilots and research partnerships with leading hospitals and academic medical institutions — including a peer-reviewed randomized controlled trial (Public Health Discourse, 2024) and multi-site, ethics-committee-approved studies.
